Our office at the African Union is as diverse as the African continent. Colleagues from 40 different nationalities work together in Addis Ababa. In this episode of 'Our GIZ', they explain why their diversity makes them strong.

GIZ has been working with the African Union, the most important regional organisation on the African continent, since 2004. The 55 AU member states promote peace and security, democratic governance, economic integration and social development in all African countries.
