In a traditionally male-dominated industry sector, Arkema continues to strengthen its policy in favor of hiring and promoting women at all levels and wherever the company operates.

As part of our Group-wide diversity objectives, we are pleased to highlight the progress we have made in terms of the proportion of women in management positions which has risen to 29% in less than 10 years!

These advancements bring us significantly closer to our goal of reaching 30% of women among senior executives and leaders by 2030.
